Community Help Finder was created to fill an information gap in local assistance.  The site puts information about major assistance providers in local communities across the U.S. in one place. 

Our site covers multiple assistance types (food, shelter, health, youth, etc.) for each community so you don't have to do individual searches on an internet search engine or hope that someone will give you the right referral.  Also, not only do we identify local assistance providers in communities, where available, we provide their contact information and websites so you can easily  contact them directly and get assistance quicker.
